韋斯福德瑪爾德文酒店 (Great National Newtown Park Hotel)

We were guests when this hotel was the Maldron. I couldn't fault them. But now it's changed hands The receptionist was so unfriendly and so ignorant to us and 2 young boys that were looking for help. Just basically not making eye contact, refusing to answer, and when she did answer, it was short with an angry demeanor, like were bothering her. There was no hello, thank you or enjoy your stay ..just the bare communication. Also.. The manager in the bar refused to heat the babys bottle in the microwave because it was against health and safety regulations. Even though the Maldron staff were more than happy to help. They microwave baby food and bottles for me on a few occasions. The manager tried to convince me that I could possibly have something dangerous in the bottle. When I told him if they don't heat it, I won't come back, ..he sneered at me in a look that said ..well I don't care. He gave me an option after alot of arguing to heat it up in their cup with the coffee warmer. We also asked for a quiet room. The receptionist gave us a noisey room I could hear doors next door slamming. Kids shouting and loud walking ftom the lift to the rooms. We were right next to the lift. I was very disappointed. We returned because last time we loved it. But we won't be returning again with that attitude.

Beautiful night away for my son's birthday, lovely friendly, helpful staff. Can't fault anything, breakfast also beautiful.

房間很大，設施比較齊全，，是浴缸。不過沒有可以烘烤衣服的架子，而且餐廳的食物差了點。但是交通很便利，門口就有大巴停車點，可以坐車到都柏林機場。

Great service and easy check in. Room was spacious and very clean, breakfast was ample - highly recommend to couples and families

The room was good and clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good. On the downside the WiFi wasn’t great and the TV remote wasn’t working.

The location is lovely, the staff were pleasant, but nighttime was a nightmare. 2:30am I was woken up by other residents (Adults) Running up and down the corridors knocking on doors, slamming the door of the room they were going in and out of, for what ever reason. At 3:10am I called reception telling them what was going on. They apologized and said they would send someone up to deal with it. No one ever delt with the problem. The guests continued their antisocial behavior up until 5:30am. There were a couple of times they pounded my room door. It was actually scary. I have to say I did consider calling the Guards because the hotel staff were clearly unable/unwilling to do anything about the problem. They also didn't stick to their policy of no children in the hotel bar after 9pm as children were running wild throughout the bar and the hotel throughout the night up until after 11pm. I wouldn't stay here again.

Easy to get to, friendly helpful staff pool and sauna great, nice food in restaurant. Room was as you would expect and required for nothing and quiet enough too

We had a great stay facilitys very good food a bar top class staff very good and helpful will stay again.

Lovely stay, Jenny in the bar was the best, brilliant with my son.
