Didn't get a room with view when booked through mmt. Rooms are clean. Staff are attentive. Food was average, can skip. There are nearby options for food.

The hotel room was good but the hotel did not have adequate staff and there was no coordination between the staff. The restaurant and food was also terrible.

Stayed in rufina plaza for 3 nights in pelling. Nice location but a felt a bit overpriced for 2500 on balcony room. If you get for 2000 rupees then go for it. Breakfast was not so good but the good part is the host regularly ask for feedback and corrects them. Liked the stay

Location is good price is around 2200 for balcony room which could be around 1800. Breakfast was not good but you don't have other options also nearby.

Condition of the room is very good. Overall hotel is clean. Price of food items are high and quantity is not enough. Quality of chinese food is not up to thar mark

nothing special to mention, booked three rooms, given 2 rooms at second floor and one room at basement, why make such combo when a family booking in combo, if you call reception after 9 for water no one will pick up, at restaurant the manager is ever angry, the car came at morning none called, even gave wrong info to the driver, its more like govt employee behavior, roof is there, view is awsome but a chair table is not even there, food its ok.

Instead of having so many empty room in the hotel the manager lied to us, that hotel is full. And provide us bad smell dirty cockroach and spit filled room. With no light and lot of seepage.

An excellent hotel with its pristine location, had a wonderful time with my family there. One of the best hotels in middle pelling!

If photos can ever lead you to a wrong choice of booking then this is a perfect example. Please don't go by the bright and exotic photographs for Palm Bliss. The hotel is extremely average but pigeon hole size rooms. I paid for Kanchenjunga Balcony view rooms and I was offered a basement room, saying that's the only one available. the stairs down to the basement was dingy, poorly maintained and smelly. The room was v basic. linen was stained. the balcony didn't even have a chair to sit. the crew was indifferent. Food was just okay. I guess the top floor rooms and alleyways were better. but this is a rare occasion where same room rent will give u varying types of services and u have to depend on luck. And most importantly the hotel is not cheap by Pelling 's standards. I don't see any positive in the hotel, and unfortunately have no option left other than to rate it low. There are many options at this price so it's better to look out for something more warm and vibrant.

Basic hotel with clean rooms. Balcony rooms have excellent views. Staff is very cooperative and prompt in service. Food is ok with not much variety. Location is little bit far from the centre of pelling. 5
