We booked the 2-bedroom villa (Villa Mia) at Tropik Resort Lombok. The villa itself was clean, the AC worked perfectly, and the amenities provided were good. They also welcomed us with a nice complimentary fruit platter. Parking is spacious, and the location is highly convenient as it is close to various cafes and restaurants, making it very easy to find food around the property. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The resort seems to have a very limited number of staff available. Communication with them is done mainly through WhatsApp. While the breakfast tasted delicious, the service was extremely slow—our order of a continental breakfast took about 50 minutes to be ready. Another issue we faced was during the night when the wind blew quite hard; the front door and bathroom door kept rattling constantly and made a lot of noise, which prevented us from getting a good night's sleep. Lastly, the walk to Selong Belanak Beach takes about 15-20 minutes, but please note that the path near the beach area is completely pitch black at night due to the lack of street lights.

En el hotel pude conseguir servicio de alquiler de motocicletas e incluso taxi privado para ir hasta el norte de Lombok. Me dieron muchas facilidades. Espectacular.

Excellent place for families. All the staff are very attentive and will play with your kids, giving you a nice break. The à la carte breakfast is very delicious ranging from American to Asian, including kids breakfast. We first stayed in the bungalows until there was a vacant villa. Both were very nice. We will definitely come back! Again, big thanks to all the staff for being so kind and helpful. I can’t recommend this resort enough for families with infants and young children. Cons: pickleball or mini tennis court is in very bad condition. Couch in the villa could use some cleaning. And the one that was a bit annoying at times, the people in the kitchen messed up the order quite a few times.

Bon séjour, magnifique villa. On s’y sent  comme à la maison.  Le personnel est au petit soin, dommage que l’environnement de l’espace commun ne soit pas mieux entretenu .  Mais vraiment à quelques mètres de la magnifique plage de Selong Belanàk !

Good place, so calm and peaceful. the staff are so friendly and helpful, but it takes 29 minutes to go to city. but it’s so close to selong belanak beach which means you can do surf and chill 💗 thank you
