Babies milk bottle found down behind the pillows on the bed , had obviously been there awhile . Food all under the bed . No hot water in the shower for over an hour in the morning . Shower drain so blocked up with filthy it wouldn't let the water go down , my partner had to clear the drain for us to shower .

Smelt smoke coming from bathroom vent , someone was obviously smoking , the night porter sprayed a spray all it did was make it worse . We asked to be moved he said no , he'd send the maintenance in , in the morning . We checked out that morning my partner enquired at the reception to find out the night porter had said and done nothing about what had happened and the receptionist was sorry but what happened happened but no one was going to do anything about it . As my partner and I are both asthmatic and total dismissed our complaint . We really deserve a refund .
