Have booked stays here many time, facilities are good; entertainment good, newly refurbished pool, several lounge options to suit; beach bar with TV/sports, quiet lounge, main ballroom and the Queen Vic; a smaller ballroom setting. Bar team are amazing, and generally all staff work as a well oiled team/ Chalets could be cleaner but the hospitality team work hard in turning around rooms; and I've seen, as a client/holidaymaker/visitor, the state some visitors leave their chalets in (shame on them and so unnecessary/unfair?. Entertainment team work hard to provide an excellent programme. The themed events are brilliant. Food choices are standardised throughout the week but there's something for everyone. The catering team work hard front facing and behind the scenes. Can't fault for value for money.

Absolute bargain when I booked with your company had loads of extras with me arrive to the room bottle of wine two bottles of water, orange juice, box of mints, biscuits and luxury coffee sachets as well very impressed highly recommend would definitely use again

I personally love this place due to its quiet location. It has all you need if you want to stay onsite for your stay, entertainment, bar, etc, But lots of other places to go & explore providing you have a car. Food is ok but as we have a car can travel to choose loads of other restaurants, take aways that are around Sand bay & Weston Super Mare to eat. The rooms are comfortable, clean & sufficient. Excellent base for the lovely surrounding area. Very reasonably priced.

Ok place was clean a with food which was good basic food made this a very good for the money short weekend break.

Another return stay at the Sand Bay, weather was lovely which puts an additional shine and sparkle on everything. Entertainment mixed but generally good. Bar staff as ever, engage so well with holiday makers and are a credit. Housekeeping work so hard to turn around chalets; especially hard given fully booked status. Lovely setting, a short walk to the beautiful beach. Site has opened up to dog owners but why oh why, given this opportunity, spoil it by leaving dog deposits on the pathway :0 Not fair on other holiday visitors or the staff that have to clean up. A good, well managed team by the site management and if you are thinking of booking, it's value for money.

Wonderful team across front service and management. Chalets could do with a deeper clean but the turn around is so fast (10sam check out and a 2om or 4pm check in - doesn't leave a lot of time !!!) Food is tasty and entertainment is brilliant. Blue Coats work so hard at including all and are all talented. The hosted entertainment is largely fantastic. Value for money is excellent, and site entrance leads directly to the beach, and a bus stop that gets you into WSM with ease at £5 return.

Brilliant option for value for money. Well managed check in by the Blue Coats at the prescribed check in times of 2pm (for club room bookings) and 4pm (for classic room bookings). Check in available for an extended period until early evening via reception. Receptive experience varies. Blue coat team work very hard and offer a wide variety of entertainment throughout the day and evening. Themed weekday breaks and weekend breaks provide focused break-aways. Meal options are limited but tasty, good quality and plentiful. The restaurant and catering team work very hard to please. Bar staff are friendly and professional. After several stays at this same venue, cleanness of the chalets is variable; current stay finds chalet to be spotless, but last stay was not so (chocolate wrappers under bed and hot drink spills splotches) but on balance, these are very minor oversights and all team members across the site work incredibly hard to turn around in such a short time-span. Overall, a really pleasant experience and the pool is a real bonus, and of course, the beach is pretty much on the doorstep: brilliant for the oncoming (hopefully) inclement weather

Another sufficient stay; the team work hard across facilities, catering, entertainment and are responsive to their holiday clients. Entertainment is great. transport to Weston Super Mare is easy and via regular bus service, limited but good quality meals (Wednesday night is 'roast' night which is very popular). Prices for stays do not escalate to ridiculous levels during peak times. Lovely, small, peaceful site with a beautiful beach so close by.

Amazing value for money; simple selections of food, compact no frills chalets: could do with a bit of attention to detail with deep cleaning; decent bedding and towels, fantastic and varied entertainment generally throughout the day and late into the evening; most acts are really good. Nice to be able to set up to work remotely in the ballroom during the day and take in the fun that holiday makers are having. The Blue Coats are an engaging team. Drink prices are OK for a setting like this. We are 53 and 58 and on the younger scale of most holiday makers but whatever age, this adult only holiday park delivers quality for money hands down. Bus travels from the road outside the site to Weston Super Mare hourly during the day; beach is just a walk away down the site entrance. Taxi's are affordable if a comfi 訂房網站 into town is wanted. Can imagine how amazing this establishment will be in summer (and they don't seem to hike the prices to eye watering levels during the warmer months). The range of themed weekday stays (4 days Mon-Fri) and weekend (Fri-Mon) are varied. We need to be in the WSM area for a couple of months - staying at various hotels / establishments, but now we have found Sand Bay, we have chosen to book here for several weeks back to back. For that reason, we have brought our own bedding with us, to personalise our chalet and make it more homely for our extended stay. Reception team are generally welcoming and efficient and Jade the holiday booking team member is ever so helpful. Well done Sand Bay!
