Very Bad Experience – Do NOT Recommend I had a terrible experience with this property. I arrived around 11:00 PM, which is within the stated check-in hours (15:00 to 24:00), but unfortunately, there was no reception or any staff available to assist me. I tried calling the provided phone number multiple times and also contacted them عبر WhatsApp, but no one responded at all. I was left waiting with no support, and eventually, I had no choice but to book another hotel for the night. What made things worse is that they only replied the next day, simply saying that no staff were available at the time of my arrival. This is completely unacceptable, especially when the hotel clearly states check-in is available until midnight. This place is very poorly managed and unreliable. I do not recommend it to anyone.
