The hotel was decent overall, but the rooms lacked windows and were only moderately clean. For the price, I expected a better experience.

The hotel is in a good location. Best thing is that it has 24x7 food available(they don't keep fruits. The coffee mugs have cracks. You need to inform them to change the towels & bedsheets. Rooms are in good size. You need to ask for a heater in winter days. Staff is helping & they setup morning call from reception as on request.

V bad uncooperative staff at the reception. Not at all customer friendly. Smell of urine in bathrooms, cigarette smell in rooms & corridors. No floor designated as smoking floor, smoking allowed in all rooms so non smokers are in for a shock. Reception staff outright refuse if you request them for anything.

Worst property, rooms are too small, room service and food quality is very bad. Prices of food and rooms are extremely high, behaviour of person sitting in reception desk is not polite

Pathetic hotel with no windows … the rooms are very small and are without any windows and ventillation morever there is no buffet breakfast option and they provide you breakfast in room which is like street food. After paying a good amount of money what you get is a glorified lodge nothing more than that
