Hotel O 7 Star (Hotel O 7 Star)

Please avoid this hotel at all costs. Plus, no actual verification of hotel credentials is done by C訂房網站 at all. I booked a 2 nights stay and it said the booking is via Oyo. I prepaid everything. And when I check in, the hotel tells me that we are no longer under Oyo. In fact, they have not been under Oyo for last 6 years. Additionally, the said we haven’t received any booking email. I was confused but because it was already late, I ended up paying them again as per the day rate. I file a full refund with C訂房網站 and they are emailing me for the status of the refund saying they’re trying to reach the hotel for refund status. As I was travelling internationally, obviously I cannot take their calls. Then all of a sudden after 3 days, C訂房網站 replies to me that the hotel has declined for a full refund. In short, because of C訂房網站’s sleazy listing deals of hotels with no background checks, I ended up paying twice for a hotel that was equally shitty experience to stay in. Please avoid this hot at all costs, and maybe C訂房網站 too
