宮雅格爾旅館 (Hotel Jageer Palace)

It was the worst experience ever. Its a scam. First of all on make my 訂房網站 2 category of rooms are listed. I took a premium room which was 500-600rs higher than the Deluxe category. But the hotel only has one category of room. Room are in pathetic shape and dirty. And the room and bathroom wasn’t cleaned before checking in. We called for toilet rolls and some towels. Didn’t come despite following up multiple times. Next morning we asked them to clean the room when we were leaving but they hadn’t cleaned the room when we came back 6 hours later. After giving them a earful they sent someone to clean who didn’t keep complementary water bottles. When we came back at night i told them that there is no water bottles in the room. They didn’t give the complementary bottles saying that is only provided during cleaning. They failed to provide even basic amenities

Pathetic environment of Room, smells like a rat diet somewhere. They have allotted the room to us after keep us waiting on 2 hours. Will not recommend anyone to stay here.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed. The location was also perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city

It was okay stay at the hotel jageer palace. Location is good but no parking. Gets jam packed in even

I did not get a room to stay there and on top of that they told me to should out. I am very upset about the hotel.

very poor stay 1. room was in bad or dirty condition 2. no water glass in room 3. no shop in room 4. no TV remote in room. 5. land line phone very dirty 6. bed sheet very dirty 7. no one listen to problem. so many issue with this stay. very bad experience

It was disgusting room. No door mat, no dental kit, no tea coffee or kettle. Too much mosquito and the bathroom was pathetic. Bearkfast was not good at all. Very basic on reception no one received the call. Staff service is too bad.

Worst experience of my life ever. They don't even know basic hygiene. Even after complaining, nothing happened.
