There were mosquitos and cockroaches in the room. Couldn’t sleep peacefully the other day due to loud noises in the corridor till 4 am. No one on reception takes complaint.

The guy(with specs) at reception at the time of my check in was so rude and provided worse customer service. Didn’t help with any room service either. But the lady next morning at reception was very helpful

Food is average but policy of hotel is very poor we cannot meet our office Colouges in room. staff say no in every thing.
