Leaking room, theres a total of 3 rooms for 6 persons, however the air conditioner in one of the room started to leak, and my family couldnt sleep for two nights. Requested for partial refund but got rejected, they asked us if can come over to fix the leaking aircon, which we declined because who would have the time to wait for them to come and fix something, as all of us went out for activities. Room and facilities looks worn out and old. Floor feels dusty. Would rather stay at hotel or newer Airbnb next time for comfort

1) Wifi was down 2) TV box remote control is faulty 3) Master bedroom aircon is blinking amber light, blowing out hot air 4) Common Toilet shower head got no pressure, water was dripping backwards along its pipe 5) Customer Service not able to speak, whatsapp messages only 6) these messages give unclear instructions, some things can be easily explained in a 30s phone call, but customer service refused to pick up the phone 7) Swimming pool under maintenance Worst accomodation ever in my travel history, Extremely lousy service So many basic necessities are faulty

I booked a unit with 3 bedrooms, seaview from living room. Spacious but cleanliness was terrible. From entrance, already have unpleasant smell coming from the backyard area. Sewage smell, kitchen with ants. Kettle faulty, cheap melamine plates and bowl. Unit was not well maintain. Entering resident parking was nightmare, same way as shoppers entering Imago shopping mall. The jam to the entrance took us 30mins. The only convinience was able to walk to Imago for food . The only best thing for this unit , is that we were able to watch the Merdeka Parade from balcony.

This stay was absolutely terrible. Upon check-in, we found that the room looked nothing like the photos. A slight difference from pictures is understandable, but this was unacceptable: multiple areas in the room were covered in mold, the sofa was so moldy that it was impossible to sit on, and the bed was dusty to the touch. The entire room smelled of mildew. Even worse, we discovered several moths in one of the rooms. To make matters worse, the host never replied to any of our messages or answered calls. In the end, we had no choice but to check out early and book another hotel. Overall, this was a truly awful experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Hopefully, this review helps others.

入住便捷性：這是在大馬訂的公寓房主，第一個主動提前加我微信聯繫的，很詳細的告知如何拿到鑰匙。不像前一個我沒經驗，以為是到了找前台辦入住，結果到了再聯繫，有點耽誤時間，讓朋友們一起等著。安全：商場樓上，很安全，外面有一到鐵門。搞清楚怎麼走以後，去商場就很方便了，從公寓可以到商場。但是有一點，這裡是公寓群，每次出門打車很堵車，而且車子要繞半天才走出去。設施：廚房電器勉強可以做點簡餐。衞生：屋內有螞蟻，有點噁心，主臥地板有幾塊壞的，外面下大雨，地下竟然有水，真的很難受，怕下面有蟲子和螞蟻環境：小區在四樓有很大的綠化，有兩個泳池和健身房，不過我們也都沒用。

原本是訂了jesselton quay 那邊的公寓酒店，那邊的店家通知斷水一天就果斷轉過來這邊了。家庭出遊還是得公寓酒店，然後比預期的好很多。Jesselton 那邊店家衹同意退停水那天的房費，另外兩個晚上是不退，我們最後寧願不要那兩晚的費用都還是在這邊續了兩天房間。孩子們太喜歡了，6樓有泳池和小童遊樂區。樓下就是大型商場Imago, 那邊去伽雅街也不遠，用grab打車6塊馬幣而已。早上和晚上不想出門就在grab上叫外賣，當然公寓酒店是不能送上房間的，自己下樓去大廳取也是很方便。值得一挺的是店家寫是4房，其實是5房，有一個房間是家庭子母房的，加上公共洗手間，其實一共有6個浴室洗手間。

設施：房間設施齊全，廚房用品，冰箱，洗衣機洗衣粉都有提供。房門是鑰匙鎖，和電梯卡，比較擔保和陳舊，但對於亞庇民宿來説，也沒那麼多挑剔。空調冷氣很足，還配有電風扇衞生：衞生環境就那樣吧，可以接受，沒有仔細觀察，因為每天幾乎都在外邊出海遊玩，走廊有些異味，房間是沒有的。環境：民宿就坐落在Imago商場樓上，樓下應有盡有，非常方便，吃喝買買買都有的服務：提前加了民宿微信，提供了非常詳細的路線説明，在機場grab打車，直接到達樓門口。出海在訂房網站報的一日遊小團，每天都可以到樓門口接送，方便的很，總體很滿意

和朋友小孩一起出來旅遊的，這是這輩子見過的最差的公寓，千萬不要定這個酒店，中國人都接受不了。到處發黴，我們連夜換酒店，損失了很多錢，訂酒店的錢都不退的！

中國人不騙中國人，圖片嚴重不符，太差了，設定爛的，門鎖壞的，很危險，可以看到整個門都是翻起來的，這可不是特色，一家老小半夜2點入住後馬上跑了，在街上溜達到天亮，太慘了

公寓位於Imago商場內，電梯直通大商場，商場內有超市很多餐廳快餐連鎖店。房間空間大很舒服。唯一是Wi-Fi壞了，管理員也不處理，通知了也不回覆。很失望。
