Antara hotel paling teruk service nya.. Saya booking "bilik Deluxe King" yang katilnya King.. sekali masa check in tu dapat bilik 105 Deluxe Twin Room.. bila tanya kenapa saya booking bilik Deluxe King tpi dpt bilik lain? dia jawab ini 👉 "yang deluxe king full sudah, last yang tadi sebelah kamu tu yg dapat". Helooo! itu yg sebelah pun keluarga saya juga.. dia booking Deluxe Twin Room.. kenapa dorang yang dapat Deluxe King?? sedangkan saya booking With Payment Oo?? saya tidak mau salahkan keluarga saya, cuma kenapa sevice kamu begitu? cuba kalau kena orang lain macam mana?? saya sudah bayar dalam online lagi.. kenapa bole² boking saya tu bagi dgn orang lain?? saya booking terus bayar ok?? bukan boking bayar di kaunter.. sepatutnya kamu mana boleh buat begitu. Masalah kedua pula, sdh la saya dapat bilik yg tidak ngam di dalam booking saya.. lepastu dapat pula bilik yg aircond nya liking.. begitu ka service kamu untuk customer? liking sikit tidak apa lagi.. ni boleh banjir 1 malam, lepastu bunyi bising aircond tu, sangat mengganggu semasa tidur.. saya ni sudalah penat jauh perjalanan dari labuan dan check in hotel kamu sekitar 10.30 malam.. tapi service kamu pula buat saya kecewa

On arrival, there was no roomboy, so we had to bring our luggage along the way to the room. On the second night, there was no cleanup room, and the Wi-Fi was not good. I got 1 queen and 1 single. For toiletries, bring your own. There was no complimentary water. There is a convenience store near the hotel. It is near the airport, so we can hear the plane's voice very clearly. If you need a quiet place, this is not for you.

Semua okey tapii satu je masalah dia, iron x sediakan kena turun tingkat 1 untuk iron baju dan tudung, sangat susah dalah tingkat 2 (xda lift) lepas tu nak turun naik untuk iron baju, septtnya sediakan lah iron setiap tingkat kesian guest nak turun naik lagi2 yg ada anak kecik. Faham ja hotel bajet tapi hotel bajet yg lain pn sediakan iron setiap tingkat , harap d perbaiki la,

Had a comfortable stay! The room was clean, staff were friendly, and location was convenient. Check-in/check-out was smooth, and amenities met expectations. Great value for the price. Only minor issue was slow Wi-Fi. Would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. Thanks for the hospitality!

The worst terrible hotel I ever seen. The hotel services is so bad with the front man night duties is so rude. Macam mo tampar ja muka dia. And then the hotel is so smelly paint and smoke. Many facilities is old, broken and cannot use. The door lock is not function. Not recommended hotel if u bring family. I decided to cancel and check out that night and find the other better hotel.

I'm sorry but I need to share this, I'm very disappointed with this situation. Datang dari jauh untuk menginap di sini so cekin dlm jm 8pm lebih, tpi dapat bilik mcm ni sangat kecewa. Sudh turun tnya d kaunter boleh tukar bilik ka x, dia ckp full dan dia bagi 2 helai tuala extra utk lap 😭😭 msalahnya air yang menitis tu sangat deras smpai bajir lantai.. kalau ikut hati memang mau cekout terus saja mlm tu tapi ada ank lagi dan belum tau ada bilik kosong ka x di tempat lain so no choice terpksa tdur saja dlm keadaan bilik mcm tu.. dan smpai pagi x dpt tdur dengan selesa sbb dengar air menitik dan terkena tempias air, dan fikir keselamtan lgi sebb air tu menitis di soket. So please check kamu punya bilik seblum bagi org masuk jgn sambil lewa saya bwa anak lagi.. kalau anak sy tergelincir mcm mna.
