環境優美，遠離市區，自己有沙灘，亦有活動可以付費參加，一切都很好，服務員也很友善。 可是房間內的蚊患嚴重，我們入住三天，每一晚都在被蚊咬，因酒店沒有防蚊液提供，我們故意到市區購買，但是亦沒有用，幾天一直被蚊騷擾。希望酒店可以更著重防蚊工作，深信是可以避免的

距離亞庇市區1個小時的車程，距離鬥亞蘭鎮20分鐘車程，周邊沒有吃的，衹能選擇在酒店用餐，房間離海灘有一段距離，沿路沒有遮擋的，希望周邊的樹快快長大。游泳池不大，但是小孩子很喜歡。房間整潔，床很舒適，可惜廁所總是有味道，有種下水道的味道。服務員的態度很好，很有笑容的。 總結，短時間不會再去，希望酒店加快完善設施。

房間夠大，床品，毛巾都很乾凈整潔 設施：酒店設施可以，有部分物品是舊的，浴室的毛巾架上有大片的生銹，房間附近洗沙子的水龍頭沒有水，從沙灘回來不得不把沙子帶進房間去沖洗

Overall, the stay was great. The place was nice, the view was beautiful, and it was worth the money. However, the food was disappointing. It was expensive, not very tasty, and not worth the price. The presentation of the food could also be improved. I hope they can improve the food quality in the future.

The check in took us 53mins. They were very understaffed. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low, the water is sometimes hot sometimes cold. Pillow was too soft but there was only one pillow per bed. Breakfast very limited choices. But I had to say the view was really superb. You can see Mt Kinabalu behind the resort, and the beach ahead. Beach is super clean and sunset is magnificent. Room is spacious too. Just the staff and services need to improve and upgrade

What I love 1. The ambience and environment is so nice and windy, for kids they sure will love to run freely around as the place so big and got swimming full with beach nearby. Too tired to walk....no worries as they provided buggy 2. The room also big and nice design 3.You can play bicycles, pickle ball ,24H gym also Improvement 1.Check in process kinda slow...maybe due to wifi problem and high volume customers as holiday season 2. Also our room had wifi problem, so need to use our own internet 3. Buffet spread kinda limited

It's a new resort at Tuaran area, I love the ambience and environment of the stay. So chill and relax, and one of the good place to view sunset. The resort is big, walking around is fine, and they do have buggy car service. The staff all are friendly and nice. Recommend to stay and if you have enough time can try to check out the activities. There are varieties of food choices for buffet dinner and breakfast, but the taste can be improved.
