酒店服務員好好/地方清潔。問題係新訂房時總數另人混淆同埋比晒錢訂房網站.com後，酒店自己比email 我話未正式confirm, 一定要入佢比條link 要比到passport or license copy先至係confirmed,仲有到左check in 1day before 又收佢一長長長email 話要***做/跟本呢間係service apartment, not hotel ,D條例好好煩/仲有入住前又話要比GBP252. deposit, 後尾和訂房網站 double check 先知吾晒(太多煩野去訂呢間)。如佢哋 bookings hotel policy 不改，我不會再訂。

Location is good, apartment is spacious and clean. Some hiccup during checkin as the host did not give instructions to reception that online checkin has been completed so it took longer than necessary.

I was surprised how well equipped and spacious the room single apartment was. There was a concert but the room is soundproof pretty well. It’s a little trek from the tube if you have any large suitcases but it’s also a nice walk. Finding the lobby was a challenge but there were some helpful people who lead me to the right place. Lots of places to eat in the area.I would definitely stay here again when I’m in London.
