ARK溫布利 (ARK Wembley)

Stayed at Ark for one night when watching a concert at Wembley. The location was amazing, a 5 minute walk to the stadium and all the food outlets. Didn't really get a chance to use the kitchen facilities, but having a fridge was great for having cold drinks and tea/coffee was provided. Check in was easy, bed was comfy and after the concert we were back in the room within 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay! The staff were very friendly, especially James who checked us in—he was extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, and having a refrigerator and microwave added a lot of convenience. Overall, a pleasant experience

房間裡的除濕系統特別響，還無法單獨關閉，必須拔下插電卡全部斷電才能解決。晚上起夜衹能靠手機的亮光才行。

The hotel's location is excellent. The hotel graciously accepted my request and provided me with a room on a higher floor. However, the parking spaces were all taken, so I had to park my car at a nearby facility.

房間不大但是乾淨，服務態度好

Really lovely hotel, clean and parking was convenient but difficult to find.

Location is great with shops open from super early till almost midnight. Half hour by tube to Westminster. The people at the reception were friendly upon arrival, but couldn't be bothered showing basic hospitality manners upon checkout unfortunately. That's why I will give my findings below: While the room itself was good, the crack in the window, always resetting aircon temp to 28c, a very very loud bathroom fan stuck in the on position, a loose cupboard door falling down on the floor did do quite a dent in the experience. Sounds coming from the hallway are quite loudly hearable in the room which is exceptionally annoying when people think it's okay to slam a door shut at 6AM as they're leaving. You can also hear the neighbour take a shower. A couple stains on the wall and one missing clothing hanger I consider as normal damage by usage. Nothing was dirty or in super bad condition and the small kitchen was great to have. A separate coffee machine would do a bonus on the experience!
