Very friendly and welcoming, accommodating staff who are helpful with requests and a fab location right in the centre. Nice breakfasts. Rooms are exceptional value, albeit some areas / parts of the rooms are a little rough around the edges. Would definitely visit again. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Actually I want to go Glastonbury  But this hotel is in Wells so I have to take 24 minutes bus to go and return  Not very convenient. Hotel room is clean and have bathtub which is comfortable but inside room wifi and data is poor … can say cannot use if you don’t need wifi and data which is good for you can rest sleep early.

Friendly service; clean room and bathroom. Nothing wrong with it really except that I was expecting a HOTEL based on the pictures and certainly the price! The location is great but be aware that this an INN with rooms attached at the back. Breakfast not included (costs £15 extra). Location great right in front of the cathedral but no parking. A good, comfortable stay but overpriced fro what it was and the time of year (mid-October).
