服務：前台態度極其差 第一次來基督城 讓我感到很失望 好像我欠他錢一樣 前台是一個60多歲的 亞洲面孔*** 房間一股味道 讓人窒息 酒店是網上付款 如果是到底付款 我肯定不住 真搞不懂這種酒店怎麼能 繼續坑人 就真讓人無語 開一天車到酒店本來想著好好休息休息 誰知道遇到這麼個**的人

來威靈頓見朋友，定了兩晚。因為微軟全球藍屏事件，我們的飛機被取消，耽誤了一晚，白浪費了一晚。並且當天這個酒店的電腦系統也因為藍屏故障。因為這個不可抗力的因素，我反覆通過訂房網站，以及我自己打電話溝通酒店，希望減少損失，退掉第一晚，酒店均拒絕，很粗魯的掛了我的電話，説風險自付。我們到了以後因為有6歲小朋友，在已經損失了一晚住宿費用+早飯的情況下，第二晚的早餐對方還要另外收小朋友12紐幣的早餐費用。 給客戶體驗感太差太差了，毫不通情理。 設施： 酒店房屋極小，兩個行李箱打開沒一點地方走路。 熱水壺是壞的，沒法燒熱水。 絕不推薦出遊住

Found a cockroach in the room. Tea coffee sugar sachets look worn and dusty. Probably left too long. Overall good hotel. Walking distance to New World. Near to the port. Thus super convenient and recommended for you guys.

"I recently stayed atatura Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shops nearby. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served at the hotel's restaurant. Overall, I had a great stay at atura Hotel and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a pleasant and hassle-free accommodation."
