The meals, especially breakfast and dinner, were delightful, and the bar staff added a nice touch to the overall experience. The stunning harbor view was a bonus during my 6-night stay. I had paid for breakfast in advance, expecting a hassle-free checkout. However, when I arrived at the reception to check out, I was informed that I had not paid for two breakfasts. I explained that I had covered all my breakfasts for four nights and that everything was paid. Unfortunately, we were in a rush for our train, so I reluctantly paid again for the extra breakfasts. Once I got home, I contacted the hotel to clarify the situation. I reiterated that I had paid for everything and questioned the additional charges for two breakfasts when we had only enjoyed four nights' worth. The manager assured me she would investigate, but I did not receive a follow-up. Upon calling again, I learned from the reception that there had been an error; I should have only been charged for four breakfasts. Despite recognizing their mistake, the manager offered no apology or discount, disappointing us. This experience underscores the importance of proactive management in addressing such issues to ensure guest satisfaction and trust. Your feedback is crucial in shaping the hotel's service standards.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming & very efficient. They took the time to go out of their way to make us comfortable. The lift & room was just a little bit older around the edges, but still very good! The bed was heavenly-soft & lovely, we just wish we'd had time to rest & relax more than one night in Wellington!

Probably one of the worst stays I have had in my travels. The cleanliness was something of 3rd world standards, absolutely atrocious for what the hotel is representing. We had paid extra for an ocean view room and did not at all receive this we were put in a second part of the hotel behind the main one. Ask at reception and were told there as nothing they can do and to talk to 訂房網站.com. Parking is a nightmare. Customer service was non-existent. The hotel is clunky in its layout. It was like staying at worst backpackers you could imagine. Only positive thing I have to say was that the bed was comfortable so that was something

This was our third stay at the Copthorne and have always enjoyed it.  Very comfortable and friendly front of house staff. The big let down is mould and dirt on the floor around the outside of the shower wall.

房間佈局合理，乾淨整潔，窗外風景很美。酒店的早餐也不錯。前台工作人員稍有距離感，可能是首都範兒吧哈哈哈。對面停車白天要收費滴～ 酒店也要收費滴。前台人員無奈的説了很多次，沒辦法，it’s Wellington，還是CBD。哭笑不得～想來是沒去過北上廣的CBD哈哈哈 酒店總體還是很好

朋友們，千萬不要來啊！ 3晚4K的價格，不如隨便一個國內標準的快捷酒店，好多房間需要轉電梯，前台又小又舊的一張桌子 5、6月已經很冷了，室內沒有空調，沒有供暖，沒有吹風機，卻擺了一個電風扇吹頭髮。回國立刻感冒 服務態度差，每次接電話是一個英文嚴重印度口音，説話****的人，避雷避雷
