I can't say anything about location, cleanliness or facility because I couldn't actually stay there due to illness that did not allow me to travel. As it was not possible to cancel, I had to accept the financial loss. However, despite me not being able to stay there, they kept sending me messages even though I asked them to stop this. This now culminated in I think 5 messages the last 2 days where they asked me to clean up the room and switch off the heater. Asked me to evaluate my stay, asked me to stay a little bit longer, etc. That's why I rate their service terrible. They obviously do not care about a client who is sick and can't come, they just click on their automatic messaging system and send out emails that should look like they care about their client when their clients are not even there but being sick in bed at home. Therefore, the conclusion - no service attitude. A personalized get well email would have made the difference.
