Pasamos un fin de semana maravilloso celebrando el cumpleaños de mi mamá y no pudimos elegir un lugar mejor. Fuimos toda la familia: mis padres, mi esposo, mi hijo, mi hermano, mi cuñada, mi sobrina y yo, y todos disfrutamos al máximo. Las habitaciones eran muy cómodas, estaban impecables, con un aroma agradable y una decoración acogedora que nos hizo sentir como en casa. El personal fue excepcional, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuesto a ayudar en cualquier momento. Como detalle por el cumpleaños, nos sorprendieron con pases ilimitados para la bolera, el muro de escalada y el mini golf, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más especial. Nos encantó la divertida tradición de aullar como lobos al entrar y recibir las orejitas, un recuerdo muy bonito para toda la familia. Además, la variedad de restaurantes es excelente y el Adventure Park es un lugar lleno de magia, donde con una varita interactiva puedes descubrir secretos, completar misiones y encontrar tesoros. Sin duda, es un destino perfecto para compartir, relajarse y crear recuerdos inolvidables con quienes más quieres.

Service was horrible. Wrong things brought to our room three times. Was brought the wrong food three times. The lights went out at the water park twice resulting in everyone getting out of the water for 20-30 minutes each. It was so busy you couldn’t even go up the elevator with out waiting ten plus minutes each time. The floor was filthy. I could go on and on. Maybe on not such a busy holiday it might be fun, but it was horrible this time.
