Hotel room was extremely disgusting, hairs still on the bed from previous guest I can only assume, stains on the pillow itself. When checking the bedsheet, there was what looked like specks of blood on it, under the mattress protector there was a disgusting green and yellow mark that made me and my partner feel physically sick. We were then moved to a different room after complaining about how bad it was. When moved, the cleanliness was not any better as there was a huge mark on the mattress itself, the toilet wasn't cleaned and had marks on the lid and on itself. We were not offered any discount on our stay or any compensation whatsoever, only received a half assed apology on the state of the room. Will definitely not be staying there in future

Room clean, decor dated and hotel is noisy as people constantly going up and down corridor. Good for a short stay - no frills hotel and friendly staff.

Quite dated rooms and very disappointing shower. Beds comfy. Parking was easier than expected as they offer a good discount to use the citi park. Check in process was easy. The hotel needs to do some upgrading to its rooms they are very dated

regarding my recent stay at your hotel during a corporate visit from 28th July 2025 to 29th July 2025. From the moment I checked into my room a series of unacceptable issues occurred, which made the experience extremely unpleasant and far below the standards expected from a hotel catering to corporate guests. Room Condition: Curtain Fell Off: The window curtain collapsed shortly after entering the room and could not be reattached, compromising both comfort and privacy. Unclean Toilet: The toilet seat had visible urine stains, and I had to request housekeeping to clean it which is absolutely unacceptable. Broken Shower: The shower was not functional the pipe leaked heavily, and I had to wait while plumbing work was carried out to address the issue. Breakfast Experience: The breakfast, for which I was charged £12.50, was extremely poor: Hashbrowns were cold, soggy, and stale. Bread looked visibly old and unappetizing. Fried eggs, listed on the menu, were unavailable the waitress stated the kitchen was not working. Juice dispensers were almost empty one less than a quarter full, the other completely dry. Overall, the food appeared to have been refrigerated for a week and reheated. Cutlery was also unclean, adding to the discomfort and lack of hygiene.

For £70 a night the room seemed quite average but lovely location near parks

酒店位置挺方便，如步行去Watford 最大商場大概15分鐘！ 酒店外觀及內部比較殘舊， 是比較英式舊的酒店，房間隔音措施不算太完善，晚上比較嘈.. 但房間空間及雙人床還是挺大的，住一晚暫時還可以的。

Room assigned Room 207, the heating wasn't working, i complained and for 3 hours(between 7pm and 10pm) i was told in 30mins constantly, the staff(s) did not even show any concern and also not communicating with me, I kept on requesting the heating needs looking into. Till i checked out that heater never worked and i caught a flu (runny nose) sleeping in the cold The fact i was lied too isn't acceptable nor apologised to on issue or even offer another room.... so sad!!!!! indeed that is not a very good customer service.

Very nice staff

Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff. Bathroom a bit out dated but wasn’t spending my weekend in there so no issue. Ask for a high floor as you hear everything when people walking upstairs. Great location. Would I stop again- most definitely
