內爾酒店-聯合市場 (Hotel Nell - Union Market)

千萬不要預訂！ 設施：房間不大，但基本設施都有，沒有吹風機！要問前台借。因為有長期住的客人，所以B1有配廚房和簡單的工具。這點還是不錯的。 衞生/環境：衞生還算可以，就是裝修因人而異，不是所有人都能接受。這是原本租給別人搞藝術的地方，後來改建成公寓酒店，就是有點特別。房間天花還看得到水管，一整晚都可以聽到樓上的聲音。重點———旁邊就是火車站，從進門開始，沒有一分鐘是安靜的，非！常！嘈！非常！千萬不要住靠近火車站的房間。 服務：幾乎是遇到最糟糕的客服和前台。前台態度很差，我們中間換了房間，忘記幫我們延長門卡。每次跟她説話都沒有面對我們，一看就覺得she hates the job。非常不愉快的一次體驗。 我們入住的第一晚，有清潔人員突然開門進來，原來她看錯門號了！

It feels like living in a fraternity house. On Friday and Saturday nights, the 5th floor rooftop has disco parties which you’ll hear the music in your room until 2am if you live on the 4th or 3th floor. The staffs were nice in trying to help when I raised issue with noise. I had noise cancelling headphones on the whole night with taking melatonin so that I can fall asleep. They also gave me a room in the basement (lower level). The music doesn’t go there but there is a lot of water noise there. They had ear plugs ready when I asked them for help so it’s not a problem that they’re willing to fix. I would recommend this place to prioritise their guests than the bar visitors. Other than noise, things were pretty good though. I guess this hotel is good for young people. Parking on the streets could be difficult though.
