Be aware that the air conditioner cannot be changed from heat to cold or cold to heat, and arrive dressed accordingly... The building has a definition on the type of AC and it is impossible to adjust it in every room. We were on cold days but it was not possible to turn on the heating because the type of AC in the building is cold, so we were very cold at night. The hotel staff had no solution but to bring us blankets.

We enjoyed our stay here in this safe neighborhood which was a 7 min walk to the Metro. Trader Joe’s across the street was convenient and we made breakfast each day. We were too busy for the fitness center. The laundry is in a small room in the basement with two washers and two dryers for $3.50/load and very nice that they provided the soap and softener. We had a problem with the lock on the door and they moved us to another room as it couldn’t be fixed in one day. I highly recommend!

Aside from good location and decent mattress & bedding dont expect anything else. Room was dirty, found hairs and stain on the floor. Old kitchen appliances and some are broken not fit to use. A/C works well, location is great those anre the only plus points

My experience was probably thrown off by the fact that the pull out bed was rough. Like sleeping with a bar in your back rough. The two beds in the bedroom were great, so it fit a family of 5 at a very reasonable price. The kitchen was not the best quality but it WAS a kitchen, so I was grateful for the ability to store food in a fridge and cook up a meal or two. The location was perfect, across from Trader Joe's, 5 minutes from the Metro stop, easy to get anywhere in the city.

No daily housekeeping unless you pay an absurd about extra. Thinner walls but I brought a white noise machine to help. No perks or frills. Just a basic crash pad.

가성비 좋은 호텔입니다. 공간이 넓어서 답답하지 않고 작은 부엌이 있어서 외부 음식 사다 먹기도 편리했어요. 취침 시간에 조용한 편이었구요. 체크인 전 짐도 맡겨 주셔서 좋았습니다. 위치도 지하철 역 가까이이고 걸어갈 만한 거리에 괜찮은 카페, 식당도 많이 있었어요.
