Capitol Hill環球豪華套房酒店 (Global Luxury Suites at Capitol Hill)

優點：房間大，公寓該有的都有，很新，入住還算方便，離地鐵站5分鐘路程，窗戶隔音還可以，雖然離火車軌道比較近但是不會打擾睡眠。 缺點：每個人入住的人都要下載專門開鎖及按電梯的app比較麻煩，到之前跟酒店發郵件説幫我們準備梳化床的床品並鋪好，結果直接跟我説沒有我的預訂，到了之後也什麼都沒鋪，衹是給了床單枕頭，沒有被！就一個毯子！數次去找客服要被，依然是沒有！凍著睡了三天！

This was such a great discovery. Within easy walking distance of Union Station and Capitol Hill, I arrived after midnight, but the 24 hour concierge was on hand to welcome me, and quickly assist when I realised I was missing an email with door entry codes (resolved with one phone call to a 24/7 support line.) The suite itself was vast, light and airy, spotlessly clean and well equipped with mostly brand new cooking utensils, silverware, etc. All you could need from the kitchen, and a relaxing lounge area. The roof of the building boasts a pool large enough to do lengths, and the gym, shared with the Marriott Hotel next door was enormous, and well equipped with fully functioning equipment - rarely occupied by more that 6-8 others when I used it. Several local supermarkets are within 5 mins walk, and the receptionist was more than happy to let me leave my bag for the day after checkout and work from their relaxing lobby space.

No help what so ever. The stay was great on the count of myself & my company but the service or staff NO. PARKING HORRIBLE 40$ a day is ridiculous! Didn’t want to give us wash clothes

I am absolutely furious with this horrible hotel! First of all, you can't even find the location. The hotel's pin on the map shows one street, but the actual entrance is on a completely different street—it's an apartment building entrance that requires a password to get in. The front desk is hidden inside the apartment complex, in a room that you have to navigate through hallways to find. There were zero signs anywhere—inside or outside. I had to ask multiple people just to figure out how to get in. And the passwords were a nightmare too—two separate ones: one for the main gate + stairwell, and another for the room. The first password they gave me didn't even work—it was expired! They also wanted me to download some app, which was a huge hassle. All of this—finding the hotel and dealing with the passwords—wasted over an hour of my time. To make things worse, I left an item behind at the hotel. I contacted them through 訂房網站 and arranged to have it mailed to my hotel in San Francisco, where I'd be staying 4–5 days later. 訂房網站 confirmed it would be cash on delivery. But days later, the hotel emailed me saying I had to sign some authorization agreement just so they could charge me $17 for shipping. I'm leaving the country in a few days, and they still haven't sent it! What were they doing all those days? Back in China, I could've just transferred the money via WeChat and received my lost item the very next day—this efficiency is absolutely unbelievable. Oh, and on top of all that, they didn't even clean my room on the second day of my two-night stay. 1 out of 10 is being generous. This is, without exaggeration, the worst hotel I have ever stayed！ 對這個破酒店非常生氣！首先，你根本找不到他的位置。他酒店名字的定位在一條街上，而實際入口在另一條街上，是一個公寓入口，需要密碼才能進；然後前台也在公寓樓裡面需要拐彎才能找到的一個房間里，樓里樓外沒有任何標識，問了好多人才算找到入口。而且，這個密碼也很麻煩，要兩個密碼，大門+樓梯一個密碼，房間一個密碼，之前給我的密碼還有一個不管用失效了！下什麼APP也很麻煩！找酒店+換密碼浪費了我一個多小時不止！最後我有件東西落在酒店了，通過訂房網站給酒店溝通，要求郵寄到我4～5天之後舊金大酒店去，跟訂房網站也溝通好了，說的到付；結果幾天之後酒店給我發郵件需要簽訂什麼授權協議才能扣費17美金作為郵寄費！他媽的我馬上就要回國了他還沒跟我郵寄，之前那麼些天在幹什麼？要在國內加上微信轉帳第二天就收到遺落物品了 這個效率也是無敵了！還有就是住了兩天 第二天也沒有給我打掃客房！1分都是多的，這是我有史以來遇到過的最垃圾的酒店 沒有之一！
