美居沃里克郡沃爾頓大樓溫泉酒店 (Walton Hall Hotel & Spa by Sunday)

這個酒店環境什麼都好，就是我們訂了酒店早餐，但是酒店説沒收到我們的早餐顯示，早上到了早餐區，還要我們出示英文版訂單，然後發郵件到酒店郵箱查詢，還等了十幾分鍾才能進去用餐，這樣的體驗就不是很好，感覺他們工作跟緊不到位，認為我們連早餐錢都騙他們一樣，真的沒試過住酒店吃早餐還要發郵件才能進去的，不知道是訂房網站的問題還是酒店的問題，希望能跟緊升級一下服務，謝謝☺️

The location and ambiance of this hotel are truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend it. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the on-site spa with its indoor swimming pool added a wonderful touch of relaxation to the stay. The only small drawback was that they were unable to provide a toothbrush upon request. Aside from that, everything else exceeded expectations.

900+rmb 意外住上了閣樓，優點是好停車，缺點很偏 周圍沒啥好吃的，開到小鎮吃了個土耳其菜 ，酒店旁邊有一片墓地 晚上略嚇人

The food was awful and took over an hour to get to us, the staff left a lot to be desired - friendly enough but not very good or attentive, the rooms were no better than a premier and I paid far more for them - everything entirely over priced and as beautiful as the area and grounds were I would sadly not choose to stay here again

Been coming here every year for ten years.such a shame to see how it's changed.breakfast was terrible and room was OK.staff on main desk amazing.rest ok.parking terrible and over all will not be returning such a shame

It's all a bit random really. Awkward to find (signage from the road is terrible). Staff are friendly but limited in what they can do, rooms vary from the fabulous to the downright tatty. Very popular with coach parties, so breakfast can be heaving (no seats, plates or knives when I tried on this stay). Good if you can get the right price for the room, but not the best example of the Mercure brand by some distance

I had an absolutely delightful stay here. The rooms were spotless, provided in the rooms were coffee machines, bath robes, room slippers, hair dryers. There were basic toiletries and you could ask for vanity kits or shaving kits as well. The in room dining menu is priced very well but it is not all day, so do check with the reception. There is so much to do around the property and there’s ample parking available as well. The indoor pool is heated and can be used till 8PM. Breakfast is from 7-10AM and is a lovely spread.

We booked this hotel via 訂房網站. The booking clearly stated that late check‑out until 2 pm the next day was available for our reservation. However, right at check‑in, the front‑desk staff told us strict check‑out time was 11 am, which directly contradicted what was shown on our booking confirmation. When we took the key and got to our first room, we found it had not been cleaned at all. We went back to reception and informed the lady at the front desk the room was dirty. Instead of apologising, she kept repeatedly questioning whether the room was really uncleaned. We stood and waited for around five minutes with no apology or update, just being left hanging. After this long wait, we were assigned a replacement room, still without any sincere apology. Unfortunately, the second room was also unsatisfactory. There was a strong musty smell throughout the room, the windows were heavily soiled and covered with cobwebs. This was a family 訂房網站 travelling with a young child. Our whole check‑in experience was extremely unpleasant. We expected basic cleanliness and decent service from a hotel, but neither was delivered. We cannot recommend this property for family stays.
