房間乾淨整潔，床品質量一般，可以接受；酒店衹有洗頭膏、沒有護髮素，洗頭髮不順滑；床特別窄，忘了量尺寸，估計衹有60cm寬；同一個停車場院裡有waitrose超市，價格比TESCO貴；有肯德基、漢堡王，價格都不便宜；房間不像英國其它連鎖酒店的房間那麼小，但桌、架、掛鈎等設定少，箱籠衹能堆地上。無早餐房間，不知早餐如何！我們的房間窗子關不嚴、有縫；房間內電暖器已經可以用了。安妮海瑟薇農舍 後住此，第二天chatsworth house（柴茨沃斯莊園 也是拍攝傲慢與偏見的達西莊園）

2日間滯在しました。ヒースロー空港近くのレンタカー會社から車で1時間ちょっとで著きます。駐車場は1日￡5でした。コッツウォルズを巡るのにちょうど良い場所でした。 スタッフの方々は、4人程見かけましたが皆さん優しく迎えてくれました。 室內は清潔で、ちょうど良い広さです。水回りが清潔で良かったです。コンセントの場所も多く、便利だと思います。タオル、ドライヤーがついています。ハウスキーピングは、カウンターで事前にお願いするようです。お願いし忘れており、後からタオルのみ交換をお願いしましたがすぐに換えてくれました。 ボディーソープ、シャンプー、リンス、歯磨きセット等は事前に用意した方が良いと思います。 すぐそばにガソリンスタンドや飲食店(KFC、スターバックスコーヒー等)、スーパーがあるのでとても便利です。 丁寧な対応ありがとうございました。機會があればまた行きたいです。

Absolute shambles. Walk into the hotel and made to pay for parking per day. Then get to the corridor after them mentioning the hotel was slightly flooded recently and it’s just fully s訂房網站ped carpets and just concrete left. The whole hotel stank of damp and realistically everyone’s booking should’ve been cancelled until it was sorted. Then got to my room and it is just poor, sink drain plug was stuck shut so I couldn’t use a tap for 3 days (was raised to hotel staff but nothing was done) the bathroom is very outdated and damp smell. Through the 3 nights I stayed there the location of the hotel is very poor as any time you need to go to the shops or whatever you have to spend a minimum of an hour as it’s near nowhere unless you wanna pay service prices and little choices. In addition to that my room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days. Very poor hotel never ever coming back.

Quite impressed with the stay - the standard is above most of the 3 star hotels. I believe the hotel has been renovated (including the bathroom) so the room looks very new and clean. Room is very spacious and equipped with a nice bed. They provide facial tissues (surprise!) and the body wash amenity is lovely. We really enjoyed our stay.
