巴塞羅華沙波維斯勒酒店 (Barceló Warsaw Powisle)

on the first night of my stay, i was assigned a room designed for disabilities without any notice. since it was late and i was exhausted, i didn’t think much of it, but i noticed something felt off. next evening, after taking a shower, i realized the entire bathroom was soaking wet and extremely slippery that i almost fell. then i was checking my booking receipt, i noticed the room i booked was supposed to have a different bathroom layout. when i raised this issue with the front desk, they admitted that due to overbooking on the first night, they had reassigned me to a room for disabilities without informing me. this design is clearly unsafe for someone unfamiliar with it, and the hotel staff showed no sincerity in addressing the issue. what's worse, they didn't even offer an apology. instead, they simply asked me what I wanted. this is unacceptable—they failed to inform me of the room change on the first night and didn’t take responsibility when I brought it up. eventually, after I insisted, they upgraded me to their best room and offered two days of complimentary breakfast. however, all of this only happened because i demanded it—the staff showed no initiative. they really need better training. the first photo shows the fruit they sent as an apology. and the second, third photos shows the conditions of bathroom for disabilities. 第一晚入住時，已經很晚了，酒店人員在沒有通知我的情況下，給我安排了一間傷殘人士的房間。 由於太疲倦了，所以只是感覺房間怪怪的，但並沒察覺有什麼問題。直到第二天晚上，洗完澡之後，整個廁所也是濕的，我差一點就要滑倒。 再看看之前預訂時的收據，發現房間的廁所根本不應該是這個樣子，繼而我到酒店大堂理論，他們才告訴我，因為第一天晚上時候，訂單太滿了，所以才為我安排這樣的房間。 可是你要知道，這樣的設計，正常人洗澡，是真的很容易滑倒。他們不但沒有誠意的道歉，只是詢問我想要怎樣。 說實話，這難道不是酒店的問題嗎？第一天並沒坦白這不是我原本所訂的房間、繼而我發現後，亦沒作出任何相應的措施、道歉。 最後在我要求下，他們給我換了最好的房間，另外給我送了兩天免費的早餐。不過，這通通都是我要求的，酒店人員真的有需要再培訓。 第一張照片是他們賠罪送的水果。

Basen niedostępny 31.05 - 1.06 mimo pięknej pogody. Obsługa nie może się zdecydować co do przyczyn - raz podobno za zimno, raz nie ma ratownika. Reklamowanie się zdjęciami basenu to fałszywa reklama, skoro nie jest on praktycznie nigdy dostępny. Śniadanie bardzo słabe - jak w hotelu sprzed 20 lat. Mały wybór i brak dań przygotowywanych na świeżo. Taras z barem i zamkniętym basenem na 5 piętrze jest dostępny też dla osób z zewnątrz, więc lepiej zatrzymać się gdzieś indziej. Jedyną zaleta to widok z okna (w droższych pokojach) i lokalizacja. Brak innych zalet.

Sehr nett eingerichtete Zimmer mit großem Bett und Aussicht. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.

Hotel bardzo blisko stadionu narodowego, idealna opcja na nocleg podczas wydarzeń na nim. Śniadanie bardzo dobre i urozmaicone

The hotel was clean, bright, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were nicely styled with great natural light, and the design felt consistent throughout. Wi-Fi was strong across the entire property, which was a big plus. The gym, while equipped with the basics, felt a bit underwhelming — located in the basement, it lacked the design attention given to the rest of the hotel. Still, overall, a great job on creating a stylish and comfortable space.

We were there for a concert at the stadium. The hotel was within walking distance to the venue.

Really nice stay at hotel. Enjoyed breakfast. Wide varieties in breakfast. Overall staff and cleanliness was very good.
