Pobyt w tym hotelu był niezwykle udany. Widok z 43 piętra przepiękny, prosto na Pałac Kultury i Nauki i na całą Warszawę. Wspaniałe zaopatrzona siłownia. Miła obsługa. Bardzo czysty pokój. Ciepła woda w basenie. Wszędzie blisko. Do Zamku Królewskiego 4 przystanki tramwajem nr 4 z Ronda ONZ. Naprawdę wspaniałe otoczenie.

The temperature in the room was too high and AC didn't work well, we were eventually changed to another room, which was on the top floors. Reception was not always available by phone. Staff was always very friendly. Lobby bar was closed for renovation and the whole lobby was being renovated, so the entrance area did not feel like an InterContinental or 5* hotel at the moment. We ordered room service, which was very nice. Rooms are a big and cozy, big bathrooms, separate shower and bathtub is great. The gym and spa in the top floors is amazing.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Warschau! Ich habe drei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und war rundum begeistert. Die Lage ist perfekt – zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar, und auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind direkt in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und hatte ein super bequemes Bett. Besonders gefallen hat mir die kleine Kaffee- und Teestation sowie das geräumige Bad. Der Blick aus dem Fenster auf die Skyline von Warschau war ein echtes Highlight! Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit – egal ob beim Check-in, bei Restaurantempfehlungen oder der Organisation eines Taxis zum Flughafen. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend: große Auswahl, frisch zubereitete Speisen und regionale Spezialitäten. Ich habe mich jeden Morgen darauf gefreut. Insgesamt ein top Hotel mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann es absolut empfehlen!

Отличное расположение, но номера уже морально устаревшие и находятся на грани необходимости для реновации. Бассейн с прекрасным видом бесплатно тольок в течении часа в день, потом каждый час за доплату. В бассейн пускают не тольок гостей поэтому было очень многолюдно.
