酒店地理位置不錯，從機場的租車點取車開到酒店半小時。從酒店出門，到可以浮潛的小沙灘海灘、到附近的購物中心（有LV店YSL店LuLu店等還有較大的綜合超市，都衹需要5分鐘車程）酒店的硬件設施比較新，酒店在半山坡上，有小型無邊泳池可以看到對面的大海和小山。服務上面談不上有什麼特別的服務，房間收拾得馬馬虎虎，早餐食物的品種單一選擇性不大。不知道是不是茂宜島的淡水資源比較寶貴，衞生間台盆水龍頭的水流特別小，淋浴龍頭的水量也衹算及格，游泳衣物從沙灘帶上來的沙子，需要花很長時間才能沖洗乾淨，我們定的是兩個房間都是這樣的，不同於國內的哪怕是全季也有強勁的水壓用得很爽。

環境服務食物房間總的來説都不錯。每天有個destination fee USD 25刀是額外收取的，但可以抵扣酒店裡酒吧等的消費，如果當天不用掉就浪費了，所以注意一定要花掉。

設施：很新，但床墊很軟，軟到像是塌了，喜歡硬床的可以避雷。衞生：還行環境：不錯服務：巨差，三個人入住，預訂的房型有一個梳化床。到了之後發現並沒有鋪好，房間裡也沒有梳化床的三件套，給前台打電話溝通前台表示沒有清潔人員需要自行去取並且自己鋪。下去取了之後發現前台給了我們四個枕套一個毯子一個枕頭，沒有床單被罩和被子。我們再次致電前台，前台表示其它床上用品在dryer裡面還沒烘乾好，好了再給我們打電話。然後一晚上都沒有等到電話，非常過分。第二天第一時間聯繫了訂房網站，雖然有時差但訂房網站反應十分及時，很快給我們提供瞭解決方案。但這個酒店真的可以避雷一下。以及這個酒店強製destination fee 25刀一天，可以按照一刀一credit去換酒店小賣部裡的零食（供參考：一包Honolulu 餅乾就要20多個credit），停車費一輛車一晚35刀，定之前可以三思配圖為四個枕套和帶的一次性浴巾鋪成的梳化床

非常優秀的酒店，早飯的loco moco很符合中國胃，晚上還有diy助眠的小香囊在酒店門口領取，很用心的在服務每位客人，精品萬豪小而精緻，很新很完美，為茂宜島的ac萬豪大大點贊，預訂這家不會錯，雖然房間可能有點小，在茂宜島這麼多昂貴酒店前這家已經性價比很高了

Struttura nuova e molto bella, in posizione defilata rispetto a Wailea Beach (distante da raggiungere a piedi). Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza perché la prima (peraltro per non udenti) era molto rumorosa, un po’ perché vicina al vano tecnico dell’aria condizionata ma soprattutto perché, come tutte le stanza a monte, si affaccia su una strada ad alta percorrenza e sembra di dormire in strada. Cambiata la stanza (lato piscina), problemi risolti. La piscina a sfioro che da sull’oceano e sul tramonto è molto bella, così come tutti gli arredi. Buono, anche se caro, il cibo da consumare durante il giorno. Colazione mediocre per il costo (30USD a persona), non ci sono abbastanza tavoli per farla all’aperto e quelli che ci sono sono spesso sporchi con escrementi di uccelli. 40 USD al giorno per parcheggio (un furto), accoglienza pessima (non una bottiglia d’acqua in camera, nessun set cortesia)… ma in assoluto l’assoluta inadeguatezza di molti addetti, soprattutto alla reception, che ti parlano senza neppure guardarti negli occhi. Per un hotel che costa per una famiglia più di 500 USD al giorno ci sia aspetta un servizio migliore. Non torneremmo di sicuro.

We thought our overall stay at the AC Marriott was not at all up to scratch. At first we were allocated a room that was smelly and facing a bush. We then complained about it and was moved up to the fourth floor which was much better. However, the bed pillows looked like they had been slept on and was completely wrinkled. When we brought it up with housekeeping, they said the bedding has been changed, but they don’t iron it because they don’t have an in-house service and so it is what it is. We have never experienced anything like this before considering we are paying around us$650 per night and this did not even cover the $25 per night surcharge that they charged us at check-in. for a hotel such as this, we were also shocked to find out that they had no concierge service. this is something that might be acceptable at a budget hotel but certainly not at a Marriott especially when you’re paying over 650 per night. Aside from the lady on the late night shift we found the service at reception to be rather poor but also to be fair to them it seems like only one person would run the whole reception.

Colazione mediocre per il costo (30USD a persona), non ci sono abbastanza tavoli per farla all’aperto e quelli che ci sono sono spesso sporchi con escrementi di uccelli. 40 USD al giorno per parcheggio (un furto), accoglienza pessima (non una bottiglia d’acqua in camera, nessun set cortesia)… ma in assoluto l’assoluta inadeguatezza di molti addetti, soprattutto alla reception, che ti parlano senza neppure guardarti negli occhi. Per un hotel che costa per una famiglia più di 500 USD al giorno ci sia aspetta un servizio migliore. Non torneremmo di sicuro.
