A huge thank you to Chelsea, the front desk manager, for her amazing help and thoughtful arrangement. She assigned us a beautiful suite with direct pool, ocean, and mountain cloud views — simply breathtaking. She also kindly presented us with local specialty chocolates and a warm welcome card, which made our stay even more special. It made our Maui vacation perfect from the very first moment. Maui is truly the best of the best when it comes to tropical getaways, and this hotel checked every box. Waking up to stunning ocean views and perfect weather every day felt like a dream. The hotel offers a western-style breakfast with pool views, which was clean, delicious, and very comfortable for us as frequent international travelers. We also loved the free shuttle service to nearby resorts （including Four Seasons） and the Wailea shopping center — so convenient! Wonderful location, amazing views, great service, and thoughtful facilities. A special shoutout again to Manager Chelsea for making our stay so warm and memorable. Highly, highly recommended for anyone visiting Maui!

房間很大很乾凈，設施齊全，廚房用品齊全，雖然距離海灘比較遠，但是酒店提供免費接送班車服務，隨叫隨到，無論是去購物中心，飯館，還是其他酒店和沙灘都很方便。

因為要打旁邊的wailea tennis club而選擇了這家萬豪旗下公寓 五臟俱全 乾淨服務也很好 接駁車服務可以免費接送到mall 超市 好方便 也可以送到附近其他酒店 定了做grand wailea的spa 接駁車過去就幾分鐘 走去打球就五分鐘 maui太舒服了是此行最愛的島

酒店條件很好，風景大大超出我的預期。前台Chris非常nice，幫我們免費升級房間。會考慮再次入住。

房間乾淨周圍環境優美，可以做簡單的煎三文魚什麼的

Great hotel, room had a small kitchen area which was useful as we cooked in a few nights. Bar area in the evening was pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and lovely to sit on tables outside near the pool area. Didn’t use the pool but it looked ok and well used by other guests. Equally there was an outdoor bbq area - very handy. Concierge was extremely helpful recommending places to visit and restaurants. Parking was easy, lots of spaces but have to pay extra per night.

性價比還可以

雖然遭遇夏威夷毛伊最大的山火，離酒店也很近，但是酒店管理還算非常有序，專業，周邊環境也非常棒

葯放在房間冰箱，十一點退房忘拿，二點半追回，酒店説丟了，客戶物品還沒超一天就丟了，一點不負責任
