The room was adequate and the bed comfortable, the shower hose was dirty. The evening meal was very good. There was no cooked breakfast available just a breakfast which had to be eaten on the bed in the bedroom. There was either rice crispies or corn flakes, with a dry bun wrapped in sellophane, and a yoghurt. There was also dry oats in a tub which had to have boilng water added. I did not try this. The walls are very thin and I could eat the full conversation of the next door room. There seemed to be no staff in the inn overnight.

Room was very clean but staircase is very steep without a handrail., (it is a very old pub/cottage). The pain au chocolate was out of date. We did take this back to the lady behind the bar but it was not replaced. The room was not en-suite but there was a lovely large toilet/bathroom opposite the bedroom which we were told was for our private use. Shower gels, body lotions were provided which was nice. To sum up, I think it should be clear that they don't do a full english breakfast, & that it may be unsuitable for people with difficulty climbing stairs.
