The checkin at hotel was easy and straightforward. The room was clean and well maintained. However, there is limited option for vegetarian food in the restaurant

Room is clean and room service are good but the restaurant is taking too much time to provide the food and that make us irritating

Claims to be a three star hotel. The staff cannot assemble dinner and breakfast bills. They tried charging me for breakfast when it was part of the package. The male service staff actually leches on with wide eyes, no basic respect for females. There is no laundry service, and when i asked about the same, a male staff spoke rudely. The only saving grace is the ac and the food in the restaurant. Please learn basic math, respect and accounts.

I recently stayed at Holiday Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. However, I found the location to be a bit noisy, which affected my sleep quality. Despite this, the value for money was decent considering the facilities offered. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The property is well maintained. It's my second stay in the property. Cherai beach is just 10 mins away. Hospitality at the hotel was excellent both times. Recommended for sure.
