प्रेम मंदिर से 2 km से भी ज़्यादा दूर है । रिसेप्सन स्टफ़ सहयोग नहीं करते । होटल के आस पास पब्लिक ट्रांसपोर्ट के लिए 5-10 मिनट वाक् करना होता है । इमर्जेंसी में ट्रांसपोर्ट नहीं है मुझे 10 मिनट सारा लगेज लेकर वाक् करना पड़ा वहाँ से जाने का साधन मिला। डीलक्स रूम की जगन अन्य रूम दे दिया ।रात को या सुबह जल्दी चेकआउट करना है तो पहले से ट्रांसपोर्ट की व्यवस्था अनिवार्य रूप से करे । होटल से सहयोग की अपेक्षा न करे ।

Location of hotel tulsi garden was good, i have not food experience, hotel cleaned, outside location was very nice

my experience was too good in the hotel tulsi gardan near by prem mandir they provide us best amenities with genuine rates overall good facilities and special thanks to the reception team Ms vandana for wonderful services

We have booked Triple bed executive room, the room given was118. Unlike imagine shown there was no sofa and no wardrobe in the room. TV remote was not there, when asked they provided the one and the person who gave denied to show how to play the TV with the remote. We tried but it was not working. When asked for support hotel sent someone including technician but they couldn’t resolve the issue. They said there is some internet issue and will get back but didn’t. No warm water facility though geyser in the room. Staffs are not professional. Cleanliness average. Location within a society not on main road.

terrible actual suits this property, family executive ke naam par murgi ka darba dete hai charge 7000/room of maxmim 120 sf , please there is lots of hotel choose one of then but don't go there , water problem every 4 hrs ,and power supply oh no please don't stay there ।
