I stayed at Kadamb Resort Spiritual Stay in Vrindavan and was disappointed with the cleanliness and service. The blanket provided was extremely dirty, and even after informing the staff 2-3 times, it took 2-3 hours to get a replacement, which was also dirty. The air conditioning (AC) was not working properly, adding to the discomfort. Such issues are unacceptable, especially at a place that promotes itself as a spiritual and serene retreat. While the location might be good, the poor maintenance and service were a letdown.

 when I check the app photos so so impressive but when I reached over there it’s very cloudy and very congested and cleaning was the matter. Totally unprofessional cleaning but food was good. Very good service and test was also like amazing.

Our experience to this hotel in a nutshell is horrific.Pathetic room service and room condition and all the photos while booking this hotel is not matching at all with the current state, all rooms are dirty and I need a refund for this experience.

The property location is alright, the bathrooms are a little old and the water in the bathroom was salty. The bedsheets were little brown as it might have been in use for a long time. The staff was helpful and had the room ready when we arrived.

Property is not as you see in the pictures. It is very poorly maintained. Dust all around in the room. Room doors are not lockable. Washrooms are very untidy with non working flush. Food is also not upto the mark. Overall very bad experience. I Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
