I stayed at Kadamb Resort Spiritual Stay in Vrindavan and was disappointed with the cleanliness and service. The blanket provided was extremely dirty, and even after informing the staff 2-3 times, it took 2-3 hours to get a replacement, which was also dirty. The air conditioning (AC) was not working properly, adding to the discomfort. Such issues are unacceptable, especially at a place that promotes itself as a spiritual and serene retreat. While the location might be good, the poor maintenance and service were a letdown.

Location - Well Placed, Property - very old not good enough to stay more than 1 day, very poor condition of structure, furniture, zero cleaning in balcony not enought space as shown at the time of booking, staff are good, food is awesome

we have visited Vrindavan on 11 April 2025, Property is good in terms of location(300m from main road), food is too good however there is shortage of staff due to which services are not good and zero cleanliness on the stairs, lifts were not even working so you might have to use stairs where all the used tissue papers and broken glasses lying down.
