It was worth it booking this property. The food was amazing especially the breakfast. Proximity to the prem mandir, hospitality was great, the things I liked about the hotel was parking had ample space, room was spacious especially the hall, just loved and had one of the best experience of my life.

Nice location and perfect stay for families with kids. just have few suggestions 1. please don't charge too much for early check in 2. change toiletries and refreshments on regular basis

Location of property is excellent and approching to major temples in Vrindavan. This was my second stay at property. Children like the property due to birds. Staff deputed at reception is good. Security arrangements are good. I recommend this for families

Rooms are dirty and overpriced staff is rude not cooperative at all booked 2 deluxe rooms for 6 people with 2 extra beds in each room at same price still they asked for payment pf extra bed in one room, bathrooms were dirty not cleaned rooms were smelling had to ask multiple time for room freshnes, junk was openly thrown in the corridors massively overpriced hotel had pathetic experience, no floormat in rooms no extra towels. Frequent light and water cuts will not recommend paying such a huge amount to this pathetic hotel

location was good, but staff was not promot. no one helped in shifting luggage to room. water bottle given very late. amenities listed were not provided. Inside as well as outside wall condition requires renovation.

Very very bad. Bad experience with this hotel and staff. No body listen our request so many times we have called for bath water very dirty. Please do something but no body came and see the water problem. Small things will tell you.. we require spoon or plate in my room....but not came ....staffs are very irresponsible. Required so much improvement.....for staff behaviour and services of the hotel. How can Customer will believe in site . App will recommend for this hotel. I totally depress Because RECOMMEND THIS TYPE HOTEL. I WILL SUGGEST TO ALL OF YOU PLEASE DON'T COME RADHA NIKUNJ HOTEL BECAUSE OF SERVICE AND STAFF NOT COOPERATIVE. AND DON'T BOOK ANY HOTEL BECAUSE THIS HOTEL RECOMMEND .

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a disappointing experience. The receptionist on day duty on 13th April was quite rude and unhelpful, which left a bad first impression. Additionally, one of the rooms we booked had a malfunctioning AC that wasn’t cooling at all, making the stay uncomfortable. Also, the hotel is a bit far from the Premanand Ji Ratri Pad Yatra location, which was inconvenient for us.
