坦布安沙灘度假村 (Tambua Sands Beach Resort)

We spent two nights here and had a lovely time. Our ocean front Bure was clean and comfortable. The staff were generally nice. We enjoyed the kayak but didn't have a good snorkeling experience. Overall it was a good experience and we hope to go back again.

Quite happy with the accommodation, perfectly in line with current rating (4/5). People are incredibly friendly, are willing to have a talk when you are open to but also don't mind if it stays with a general greeting. Breakfast is limited, but you can make it more luxurious with paid options (eggs etc). Dinner with a lot of choice.

We only stayed two nights but really liked the hotel. This was a 'try out' stay for us! This is definitely not a 2 star rated resort. Alot of work has been completed here. The rooms are very contemporary and well appointed. The pool is sparkling clean! Well done ro Ronnie the pool attendant who takes great pride in keeping the water crystal clear. A new deck is to be built around the pool in 2024. Tui was excellent with his cooking demonstration and Masu was very funny behind the bar. These guys added to the quality of our short stay! The dining area, unlike the bures is very bland and really needs some Fijian character. The food is, at best, very good. Slightly more pricey than other resorts we have stayed in at Fiji over 5 weeks in 2023. The cocktails are also more pricey. Unless you have a car, the resort appears isolated from other eateries. Overall though, we enjoyed our two nights and would consider a return.

Excellent hotel on coral coast. Beach and pool is stunning with very comfy beds

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The service was abysmal, with staff displaying complete indifference to guests' needs and paying no attention. Not only was the room lacking cleanliness, but it also had a distinct odor. I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Very poor quality service; no cleanliness u can see from the photos; spend so much but got nothing in return; food taste is awful. Thank you

A beautiful setting…… The Beach good…and great hammock ….we swam in the ocean with our old shoes on was great …..A delightful man Wies who carried our bags to the back of the resort..(the end cabin ) A long way ….Basic food ….Fijian style but delightful staff Thank you

Das Tambua Sands Beach Resort liegt an der Coral Coast auf Fidschis Hauptinsel Viti Levu und verfügt über mehrere, gut ausgestattete Hütten (eigenes Bad mit barrierefreier Dusche, kleiner Kühlschrank, Terrasse, Hängematte und teilweise mit kleinem, privaten Plunge Pool) für 2 bis 4 Personen in einer schönen und sehr gepflegten Gartenanlage mit Palmen und in erster oder zweiter Reihe direkt am Strand. In einem separaten Hauptgebäude befinden sich Rezeption, Bar und Speiseraum, wo Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendessen à la carte angeboten werden. Alternativ kann auch ein kleines kontinentales Frühstücksbuffet (Kaffee, Toast, Marmelade, Honig, Cerealien, Obst) pauschal zum Zimmer dazu gebucht werden. Da die Coral Coast sehr gezeitenabhängig und von Korallenbänken geprägt ist, ist Schwimmen und Schnorcheln zwar während der Ebbe nicht möglich, während der Flut aber ein echter Traum, da sich in den Korallenbänken dann eine Vielzahl von Fischen tummeln. Und für die „meerfreie“ Zeit während der Ebbe steht ein Swimmingpool mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen zur Verfügung. Des Weiteren werden nachmittags auch täglich wechselnde Aktivitäten angeboten wie z. B. ein sehr empfehlenswerter Spaziergang zum vorgelagerten Riff, Lagerfeuer am Strand oder eine Wanderung auf einen Hügel hinter dem Hotel. Sowohl die Hütten wie auch die gesamte Anlage waren sehr gepflegt und tipptopp sauber, das Personal war megafreundlich und der Aufenthalt einfach nur traumhaft.

A lovely stay for our quiet New Year’s Eve. Beautiful spot for snorkeling and just to laze on a hammock. Amazing food. Definitely will be back.

Very relaxed , quiet resort adults only. Staff fantastic Jimmy and the ladies were so nice , helpful n happy. Enjoyed our stay .
