We were provided with smoking room and we are non smokers. We have been requesting repeatedly to change the room from morning to evening but the response was “sir, because you booked and had only these options and we can only give you what we have in hand” and they never changed our room. Not just the room, when we entered the floor, even that was smelling full of smoke. It was not just about a room, it was about requesting them so many times but the requested was rejected because we booked it. Second point, this hotel is no where near the beach and the information while booking the hotel says “beach road” which is misleading.

My hotel stay was so pleasant. They provided complimentary kit for guests. Prompt service, tasty breakfast, very near to beach. The staff helped in giving the right information. It's in a very nice location, not very far from the peda waltaire center for shopping and other attractions like kailash giri and teneti park. Can easily grab a tuk tuk to reach any part of the city.

Extra too much charges for house keeping service. Firstly they will place old and damaged items in your room before you check in. Then they will charge you for those items. I have charged. Laundry fee - 2000 remote broken charges fee -200 access card charges - 300 etc. Paid. Hotel management please look into the house keeping service manager scam.

Hotel Ocean Vista Bay is situated on the Beach Road, facing east about 1 km from the beach. Rooms are good, staff is very helpful and food is ok. Hotel has a covered parking. Nice place to stay
