overall a good experience.. food quality is also good.. location also good.. hotel staff also supportive

Sometimes we are getting Salt water in bathrooms pls change water and remains all are good food is tasty

location outskirts no shops or market on highway,food good , amenities for club room okay but supervisor room prices was higher for the service provided bathroom not good for superior room and size of room was small rest okay 👍

Food was good but expensive. I booked for 3 people (one day) 2senior citizens and one my brother. But my parents told they may check out same day after dinner like that i told at the time of check in not yet confirm. For that reason they gave very poor room to us that was also only 2persons room. Not maintained not properly cleaned. I told to my parents that i will go and ask to change the room but they told no problem we adjust because they are old. After evening 6 my parents and my brother went from hotel. Then i and my baby 1 year satyed in that room till 10pm than my husband came from office and saw the room and went to reception why they gave like that room he asked. They told they will check out at evening that is why we have that room. Why we booked for 3 people big room they have to give only that room but they didn't gave. They cheated us. After some discussion night 11 pm me my baby and husband shifted to another room. That was better room from the previous room. This thing happened to me so i didn't not like the reception person because i don't about rooms and all like my husband. S

Location wise absolutely right, food and beverage service also excellent. Staffs are well but only language has to be english and hindi other than telugu

Location was perfect to me point of view my profession. Food also ok, but prices are too high and it’s difficult to for single person. Amenities to be improved and service wise it’s ok.

The property is neat and clean. The room size is good. The food is good. Services are ok. Minor issues with bed side phone, washroom hands-pray in my room. This room seemed to be not used for few days so it had damp and musky smell when i checked in on 4th aug as it is monsoon season in vizag.

Worst experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. Staff is also not well trained. Overall, not happy at all

Business wise nicely located, excellent and very comfortable rooms with outstanding services. Very enjoyable and delicious food both in buffet breakfast and restaurant. Nice experience.
