Terrible hotel to stay in, can get much better hotels at the price they are charging, cockroaches roaming all around in the room and lobby, old furniture lack maintenance, food is okay, overall experience very bad

the best part about this hotel is the location. it's right at the Gajuwaka circle. the rooms are decent, clean and comfortable. bathroom can be a little better equipped with shower curtain and hand wash gel. complimentary breakfast is good. staff is very helpful. i had mistakenly booked the meghalaya hotel at ram nagar location. but the staff supported by transferring the booking at Gajuwaka location. overall good stay and worth the price.

Room, food, staff attitude- everything are excellent. Bathroom shower was in poor condition. I would have given good or excellent rating, if not for this anomaly.

Something is missing in the room..it looks okish.Food is good.service is ok..but the maintenance is very bad as it smells smoke…in the coridor..very bad
