Excellent hotel, fabulous ambience. great service and owner was so good. Satya ma'am took very good care of all the visitors.. She is so sweet ❤️ On arrival they offered a welcome drink. Complimentary breakfast is also so good. They offer varieties of food in breakfast which are home made food, that are so tasty. My six year old baby girl also liked it so much..

Location is not as per expectations, only building is okay but surrounding is poor ... no food facilities available, no dining available ... snacks taste is poor like cold coffee & chicken pops/ nuggets. Poor room service , wifi doesn’t work , no glass in bathroom - curtains used in bathroom in place of glass partition.

if you are comfortable with ac room with out AIrconditioning and Food services by third party this hotel is for you people only i will never recommend this hotel to anyone close to me but remember my enemies,i surely recommend this to you people

Merlot will be one of my best places to revisit when I'm in vizag. Team is excellent provided facilities equivalent to 5 stars. Hospitality was extremely good and seamless experience checking in and out. I will rate it as top hotel in Vizag!
