the stay was excellent with great food and services by all the employees of the Ginger. it was a overall WOW experience Jannat, Siva and Swami were no courteous and always on their toes to provide a top notch delightful experience to us.

Best hotel in the Gajuwaka region, we had a comfortable stay here. Good & professional front office team & they (Ms.Indhu sri) helped me a lot before 1 hour of my journey time by providing food,late check out and printing of some needful travel documents. This hotel has a good and hygienic restaurant with Excellent staff I promote restaurant Manager Mr.Rama Swamy & Supervisor Ramu they took care of me by providing food as per my selection in a polite manner. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Bed sheets , towels are not fresh , breakfast taste is not good, not satisfied not good as expected

Worst experience ever. We’ve been staying at solitaire for all our corporate visits but they’re so uncooperative and they don’t care at all. Their AC doesn’t work and the staff just doesn’t care. Staff enjoys sitting at the AC reception while customers suffer in their suffocating room.
