外國人の宿泊に慣れていないようで、チェックインに時間がかかりました。部屋は一見綺麗ですが小さなゴキブリがたくさんいます。タオルやリネンは綺麗でした。ヘアドライヤーはフロントに頼むと出てきますが、1日目は他の人が使用中でありませんと言われました。

View was stunning and bed is heaven all good nice staff and best bathroom with all amenities mentioned by the hotel and best thing is as it is what we see in the pics so dont miss it

while iam going to vizag most of the time staying same hotel... becoze very close to all places ... price also affordable... room mentanance also very good... atmosphere also good... good stay for families

Room was tidy and people respond immediately when called. However, there's no good view from the room. Toilet stinked badly(probably due to the fact that drain pipe is connected to local municipality common drain line that is probably choked), no room freshner helped. Room was changed the second day, but with little change in terms of the odour. Don't know if the overall hotel conditions are worth the price as I never checked other hotels' rates and conditions in the locality. Towels look bad and unclean.

STAFF OF THE HOTEL NOT RESPONED WELL ,AS I REQUESTED THEM TO REACTIVATE THE CARD THEY DENIED, NEXT MORNING AGAIN CARD ISSUE NOT RESOLVED YESTERDAY NIGHT SO I WENT TO HOTEL RECEPTION FOR CARD ACTIVATION EVEN THOUGH CARD NOT WORKED AND AGAIN I MADE A CALL TO RECEPTION PEOPLE TO RESOLVE.. KNOWINGLY THEY MADE DELAY AND FIRST TIME ITSELF THEY CAN DO THE PROPER WORK IT COULD BE GOOD...

d it doesn’t look anything like the picture Starting from the walkway, room, bedsheet, towel, bed and bathroom totally not clean and unhygienic.

amenities are limited , breakfast spread is horrible . this is my 2nd time staying here , 1st time it was pleasant though I opted out of breakfast but staff's behaviour was good. this time a colleague aslo traveled with me and I recommend them to stay here and we both have stayed in this hotel .this will be our last time . I asked for a cheese omlette and the staff is saying it's chargeable only masala omlette is complimentary. I thought it's a waste of time to argue and the worst part the reciept manager didn't have any clue ..highly untrained .
