整體不錯 地方行方便 房間也很闊落 但一邊床頭沒有叉電位 床頭燈只有一邊有開關掣 兩個燈是蓮有一起的 兩邊一齊關了

No es un hotel, aunque está disponible el acceso con código. Son instalaciones nuevas, está cerca de la estación de bus de Vilna y no demasiado lejos del centro. Comodidad y limpieza destacan en esta habitación.

We paid upfront for 2 rooms for 3 nights stay at this hotel. Wednesday 10th June until Saturday 13th June. However our plans changed so we didn't check on onnthe 10th June. not an issue we thought as we paid upfront. Thinking we woll check in on the 11th June not even thinking about it. we arrived at the hotel on the 11th to be tod they have cancelled all the accommodation as we failed to check in on the first day. Hotel policy. they offered no refunds and where unable to offer me a room as the hotel was full. not sure how that can be as we had paid upfront for 2 rooms. however that was there policy. I guess we will learn from this event. luckily TRIP.com where outstanding in assisting us.

Está bien situado, cerca de la catedral y de la zona de bares por la tarde-noche. El personal salvo alguna excepción, mal educado, sin ningún tipo de saludo a la entrada ni salida del hotel. Nos dejaron en evidencia como si no supiésemos como funciona una tarjeta por contacto ya que no nos funcionaron las tarjetas de la habitación y en lugar de volver a cargarlas en el ordenador, nos acompañó porque dudaba que hubiésemos intentado abrir bien la habitación. Se sorprendió y tuvo que volver al mostrador y volver a cargarlas. En fin... Un día no nos hicieron la habitación a pesar de que a primera hora dejamos el cartel de que estaba libre para arreglar. Al siguiente, no dejamos nada y la hicieron. El hotel, por las instalaciones del mobiliario, por ejemplo, no es de la categoría del precio que cobran ya que es antiguo y la ducha con cortina.
