酒店在老城中心區裡面 入住的時候 是個好美的前台小姐姐辦理的，聲音特別溫柔，還有點台灣的嗲嗲味道。 有熱水壺 空間OK，採光不錯，還可以看風景。 樓道有熨斗

最高のロケーションで舊市街の街歩きにとても便利でした。 駅にも歩いて10分ほどなので、列車やバスでカウナスやトラカイに行くのもとても便利でした。 お部屋も早く到著したが、チェックインさせていただきありがたかったです。

酒店就在老城，離火車站近。房間帶了一個露台，不過住的幾天下雨沒體檢。 前台服務員熱情。早餐一般般，熱的食品還是不錯的。 床很寬，配置的被子有點小且薄，在雨天晚上還是有點冷。

Disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a true 4-star experience. Service & Staff: The staff were consistently unfriendly. On our last day, we were told we weren't on the breakfast list. After I insisted they check again, the staff member realized she had made a mistake but offered no apology. This lack of basic courtesy is uncalled for. Room Issues: The rooms are dated and poorly maintained. Our fridge did not cool at all, and despite the TV menu advertising cable TV, we only had access to local channels. Furthermore, the hotel puts the burden on guests to hang a "clean room" tag; otherwise, the room is simply ignored—hardly a standard 4-star practice. Breakfast: The food service was poor. By 9:30 AM, almost all the food trays were empty and were never refilled, leaving few options for guests.Overall, this hotel failed in every aspect. Not recommended.
