可能是葡萄牙人比較熱情吧，從西班牙過去覺得服務有提升一個等級。房間蠻大，但是衞生間通風不好會有味道。酒店門口景色很棒，但房間大多數有遮擋視野一般。

The hotel is located on the river side with an amazing view. Hugo Vieira offered us helpful tips on driving to the Douro Valley as well as recommendations on restaurants in Porto, ensuring us a wonderful stay.

Although the Rebello was a SLH with high room rate, our stay experience was unfortunately far from luxury due to suboptimal service and odd facility design. Pros: Beautiful view of Douro River and Porto in front of the hotel (but you can get the same view for free by walking along the waterfront) Cons: 1. Unprofessional service from some team member. We asked for help from a lady at the reception desk on a flight issue, but got a cold shoulder. Thankfully another lady later was very patient and saved the day! 2. Odd design of the River view studio. The window of our room is about 4 ft up on the wall (very different from the hotel photos provided for the same room type) and therefore we cannot see the view unless climbing up or standing far away from the window. Also, there is less than 1 cm gap between the bathroom door and the sink when closing the door, and the floor gets all wet and slippery after shower due to the poor design

酒店位置不錯，周圍有很多公交車和小黃車，也靠近海邊可以隨時去海邊走走。 雖然酒店有點歷史，不過乾淨衞生設施也維護得很不錯。 值得一提的是，酒店服務非常好！很熱情也很細心體貼讓人印象深刻。我退房那天一大早要趕火車，酒店還很體貼給我們準備了早餐盒。 大堂和樓層走廊都隨時擺著小零食給人食用。酒店早餐也種類豐富。

內裝、スタッフの方全て素晴らしかったです！おそらく、メインの街の方とは逆側にはなると思いますが、旅の後半であればゆっくりホテルステイしたり川沿いを散歩したり、、には最適です！部屋はリバービューが最善です！朝ごはんも美味しいフルーツたっぷりで最高！またポルトに來る際は利用したいなと思います！ありがとうございました！
