Room is not neat bedsheets and blanket is very smell even they are not providing plates also zero ratings

Reception Staff behaviour is dangerous and he refused to do check in at 1AM, The parking space is not adequate for bigger cars. Staff behaved rudely. Rooms are not good for family, smoking smell was everywhere. Bedsheets were unclean, no complimentary water bottles provided. Breakfast money taken but not provided.

Room was ok not great, bathroom wall observed water dampness. Room smells, main door have no lock from outside, easily can be opened with out smart lock key(not working, can leave laptop or any gadgets in the room.

Experience was very bad. And you guys charged the ros including breakfast but they have not provided the same. They say it is not included. Need refund for breakfast

Bath room was very very small, shink was leaking. Room door locking is not proper, every time i have to call the receiptionst to open the door. He said all the room door are the same problem. There is no service boys in the hotel
