I review to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay in this hotel. I booked a Family Room for 3 adults and 2 children, paying ₱6,500 plus an additional ₱750 for the extra child. Upon check-in, we found the room (Loft Type with 2 double beds and 1 king bed) to be inadequately cleaned, with evidence of previous occupancy (e.g., a rubber band in the shower). Despite leaving the air conditioning on for 3 hours, the room remained uncomfortably warm. When reported to the front desk staff, the issue was not adequately addressed. Our stay was further marred by: 1. *Dust-related health issues*: My husband experienced coughing and sneezing due to dusty beds, while I and our children suffered rashes and bites. 2. *Subpar breakfast*: Cold, unappetizing food and inedible rice. 3. Poor customer service. Considering the premium price, I expect better cleanliness, amenities and service. Our experience was unacceptable and not worth the expense. I strongly advise against recommending Regency Vigan Hotel. M

I booked for 2 nights for 2 twin beds. We arrived 5am na for our first day stay so we had no choice but to embrace it.... I will not recommend this to anyone. The room was so dirty, dust is everywhere. Even the bedsheet, youll feel the dust, the air flowing din from the aircon smells dust. Yung tissue sa CR, used paper towel na din nilagay... So around 9am, after 3-4hrs na rest, we decided to checkout na lang and look for new accommodations.
