服務熱情周到，房間乾淨整潔，早餐豐富多樣，這家酒店真的是太棒了！酒店外部環境很好，內部房間環境雖然有點久，但是酒店是正規酒店的標準，比附近的酒店好很多。服務人員態度好。酒店還有小花園以及泳池，心曠神怡。

很棒啊，以中國城的飯店來說，這間除了有歷史以外都不輸新飯店阿，旁邊路上也沒有惡臭垃圾。服務小姐親切。

一進廁所一大浸嘔到味數十隻小烏蠅仔由廁所飛出來，立即更換酒店房間。酒店服務員很好，幫我跟換了一間新房間可惜新房間異味極重是一種濕臭味。我都不好意思再講更換了，住了兩個晚上，都冇無法入睡，床是硬的冷氣是不夠的開了抽濕同樣無法解決問題。健身房也沒有開。無奈的事服務員很好，很有禮貌，可惜第一間房間清潔問題，而導致服務評分大幅度扣分！加上最重要的是老闆問題，這麼久的設施怎樣清潔都是有一種惡臭，不要連累員工了，快點更換設施吧。這是我近年來住過最惡劣的酒店。

非常好費提早入住中午 12點: 含早餐，包場的感覺，有接送機，性價比很高，送機的就是前台💁，服務非常好，湄公河邊上跑個步，泳池裡游泳，天天遊，包場的感覺。祝老闆生意興隆

The hotel was adequate and clean with good service. It’s close the airport and they have a free shuttle. Several small Chinese shops and restaurants are right outside the hotel. If you’re looking for a hotel that is close to the airport this is a good choice.

該整修的老酒店。最大的問題 : 1. 房間有黴味，晚上睡覺不關中央空調，不開窗戶，無法入睡。呼吸系統不好的人，慎住 ! 2. 管理建立在客人的不便上。每天早上得到服務台領當天餐票後再去餐廳才有飯吃，人多時排隊領飯票的感覺很差。連住七天，天天如此。以客為尊在這裡是不存在的。

I’m sorry but the rating is completely a joke. This place is not good at all. And I hate leaving negative reviews but they can’t be serious. The hotel looks like it’s sitting in a demolition site. It’s very old. VERY dated. And not aesthetically pleasing at all. When I arrived they asked for a 500k kip deposit. Didn’t see that coming, but fine. I got it back in the morning. Glad I had the cash. The security guard did not ask to take my bags, he just took them and escorted me to my room expecting a tip. I didn’t like that at all. The hotel hall looked like a scene from THE SHINING. It’s dark and scary. The lock on my door didn’t work, they put a makeshift slide lock on it. The room was clean, bed was huge but hard but the pillows were nice and soft. Breakfast was…I just am so shocked. It was buffet style with limited options, rice, noodles, eggs. But the fruit was covered in gnats. All over. There were roaches running around under the food burners. I was immediately no longer hungry. The coffee was good. That’s all I could do in good faith. The hotel is 9 minutes from the airport but near nothing else and 40 mins from the Railway. So keep that in mind if you are catching a train out of there. They also wanted to charge me 350k Kip to be taken there. Don’t do it. Use indrive…100k is what I paid, you may even do better. Overall I will never be back. Please work on hygiene. It’s so important. I’ve included accurate pictures because the pics on the site are deceptive.
