整體是乾淨的，冷氣也夠冷。唯一缺點是淋浴間都水會很容易淹水出來，應該主要是浴室高低差和出水和排水的速度關係，但可能這裡天氣很乾燥所以隔天淹水都全乾了。除此之外我覺得的這地方真的蠻推薦的，性價比很高🥳

選的這個房型在四樓，view很好。早餐的omelette也非常棒，可以讓廚房加你想要的東西。唯一不足的是要走一層樓梯才有電梯，電梯是那種老式電梯，很有趣很有設計感。另外不要訂一樓，房間很潮 很陰暗。樓上有陽光的房間就很舒適

This is best hotel I have never been even way better than many 5start hotel in Europe, I was feel home. I love every single staff,I even can remember every single staff face. Just amazing place to stay. I’m still traveling Europe since January to today, really want to comeback again just for the staff and the hotel. Ps: I am the Asian guy from Australia just want to say thank you

Good location , room is clean Not secure as no staff would check your passport information when arrival late for check in and when I lost my room keys. No kettle in room for hot water, not a good choice for Chinese people Requested higher floor when I was checked in a room on the 1st floor .

the closest subway station, Rathaus, is closed for renovation that means you have to walk about 15-20 minutes from other stations. the bed sheet was not cleaned so as the sink. but the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel is well situated in the Josefstadt. Tram just a few minutes away and lots of Restaurants close by. The Hotels own Wine Bar served wine mainly from the immediate Region. Friendly staff, breakfast with everything one needs and rooms a little larger than average made our stay very pleasant. We will come back for sure.
