Property was nice, staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean. HOWEVER, the problem is OUTSIDE the property itself. I believe they are building the new station/property, as a result the construction works and drilling really gets very loud and this lasts until MIDNIGHT. I had to check the clock to see what time it was when I heard the loud drilling/banging across the street. Needless to say I got a bad sleep as well.

While I will say this hotel had everything that I personally needed and everything was up to the standards of most hotels, I would not recommend booking this hotel in the summer as it was unbearable to sleep because of the heat and the bed was way too firm for my liking.

Receptionists are very friendly and helpful professional. Room in middle floors are very basic and clean without safe. Bathroom is very clean but with few toiletries (actually one bottle of shower gel. At dawn, door was opened by mistake from unknown lady who apologized and disappeared. Location is perfect near Wien Mitte mall.

Great 3-night stay! Very clean hotel in a perfect location. It was an easy and safe walk to the train station late at night for our early flight. Highly recommended!
